HOMEOWNERS who are facing foreclosure by Balikatan Housing Finance Inc. (BHFI) are preparing to receive official foreclosure notices starting Friday. Davao City Federation of Homeowners Association President Richy Nalagon said as the “Christmas respite” ends, so their worries will once again start.
