Free foreclosure prevention workshop on Tuesday
A free foreclosure prevention workshop will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Southwest branch of the Kern County Library, 8301 Ming Ave. It’s hosted by Self-Help Enterprises, a nonprofit in Visalia that’s a federal government-approved credit agency.
