Area’s home foreclosure rate remains low
By Patrick Rupinski Staff Writer The Tuscaloosa metro area had one of the lowest foreclosure rates in the country during the first half of the year. Tuscaloosa metro was ranked 200 among 203 metro areas nationwide by RealtyTrac Inc, a California-based online company that tracks foreclosures.
