ELLSWORTH — Though home foreclosures are less prevalent in Maine than many parts of the nation, the growing number of foreclosure filings in Hancock County this year convinced Jeff Clark and Stacey Bagley there is a need here for real estate agents trained to help homeowners who can’t make mortgage payments.
