Treasure Valley foreclosure rate is twice U.S. average
One of every 57 homes in the region that includes Ada, Canyon, Gem, Boise and Owyhee counties was involved in foreclosure in the third quarter, said RealtyTrac, an online marketer of foreclosed properties.
