Hillsborough lenders must register homes in foreclosure
A new Hillsborough County ordinance goes into affect today that requires lenders to register homes with the county as soon as a foreclosure lawsuit is filed, said Jim Blinck, manager of Hillsborough County’s code enforcement operation.
