Developer asks court to dismiss suits; foreclosure, ADEQ fines
YELLVILLE — A Bull Shoals man has asked the Marion County Circuit Court to dismiss both a foreclosure action by a bank and a lawsuit filed by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, according to documents filed Tuesday in the Marion County Clerk’s Office.
