Colorado foreclosure rate remains second in U.S.
Colorado ranks second in the rate of properties entering foreclosure last year, according to a report released Monday. Even though the number of new foreclosures decreased 4 percent from the first quarter to the fourth quarter, Colorado’s rate remained second only to Florida’s, according to RealtyTrac’s 2005 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report.
