Seniors say Margate company soaked them on charges
A Margate company has left behind a trail of liens, lawsuits and distraught retirees who say the business’s owner blindsided them with large bills for water damage repair and then threatened them with foreclosure if they didn’t pay, a South Florida Sun-Sentinel investigation found.
