No Longer on Thin Ice
The Vacaville Skating Center is under new ownership, and with a new management team in charge, officials say the facility is no longer on thin ice. A foreclosure in March on the center’s property off Davis Street was a business move that allowed the facility to be resold, said Ernie Hicke, former general manager.
