Maine supreme court rejects mortgage foreclosure by Camden bank
CAMDEN — A mortgage foreclosure by the Union Trust Company, now part of Camden National Bank, has been thrown out by the Maine Supreme Court, which has ruled that the bank failed to prove it had ever notified the mortgage holder he was in default.
