OCALA - Just as he threatened, AWOL downtown developer Jorge Gutman will delay the city’s efforts to move downtown development forward - again.The City Shops & Walk property was scheduled to be auctioned during a foreclosure sale at the Marion County Courthouse on Tuesday.
