Foreclosure rates have dropped dramatically this year compared with last in the Northern San Joaquin Valley and throughout the state, but that doesn't mean the housing crisis is over.
Of the 2.3 million children who have lost their homes to foreclosure, one out of every 10 have been negatively affected.
