Mile High investors sue over foreclosures
Eight customers of the bankrupt Mile High Capital Group LLC who are facing foreclosure proceedings by Matrix Capital Bank have countersued the bank, claiming it gave Mile High or its affiliates over $1 million without properly monitoring the use of that money.
